1. Scope

This disclaimer covers every page on magyaranzo.click: the home page, the services, the guides, the FAQ and the legal pages. The publisher is Magyaranzo B.V., Maasstraat 47, 1078 EP Amsterdam. Who we are is in the legal notice. What you agree when you book is in the terms and conditions.

The Dutch version is authoritative. A translation is only there to make the content readable. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

2. Website content

We write the site with care and refresh facts such as opening hours (Mon–Fri 10–20, Sat 11–17), the number of rooms (3) and the size of the live room and booth (28 m² and 6 m²). A sentence can still go stale between updates. Always check a price, a date or a technical limit in the quote before you lock a slot.

Guides — for example preparing vocals, planning a band day, exporting stems or mastering for streaming — are practical explanation. They are not tailored advice and not a promise that your mix, master or podcast will hit a given reach, loudness or platform.

Photographs show the feel of the building in De Pijp. They are not a technical specification of microphones, preamps or monitors. We do not claim marks, awards or press quotes we do not have.

3. Services and artistic result

Magyaranzo supplies studio work: Vocal and speech recording, Band and live recording, Mixing, Mastering and Podcast recording. A session is an obligation of means. How a song, a voice or an episode sounds depends on the performance, the source files, the acoustics of the day and choices you make in the control room. We do not promise a hit, a playlist place or a fixed number of streams.

Guide prices — for example €95 an hour for vocals or €920 for a band day — include VAT at 21 % and stand until a new publication or until a quote states another figure. A message through the contact page is a question, not a booking.

4. Third-party links

The site points to outside addresses, including the host, the form service, the Dutch Data Protection Authority and the ODR platform. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or their availability.

A link is not an endorsement and not a partnership. OpenStreetMap and similar maps show the neighbourhood; the walk from Vijzelgracht or tram 4 is in From Vijzelgracht metro (line 52) it is about a 7-minute walk via Ferdinand Bolstraat to Maasstraat. Tram 4 (Stadhouderskade stop) is roughly 5 minutes on foot. On-street parking is limited; P+R or garages near Overtoom are easier. — check live timetables with the operator.

5. Liability

We exclude liability for loss arising from using or being unable to use the website, so far as mandatory law allows. That exclusion does not apply to intent or wilful recklessness, not to injury or death, and not to rights the law gives a consumer.

Temporary faults, planned updates or an interruption at TransIP B.V. can take the site offline. We aim to restore it, without promising a fixed uptime. You can report a factual error via [email protected]; we correct what is demonstrably wrong.

The contract itself — a booked session, a mix, a master — is governed by article 12 of the terms, not by this disclaimer.

6. Intellectual property

Copy, images and code on the site are protected. Short quotation with attribution is fine; reproducing whole pages or photographs is not, unless [email protected] gives prior written permission. Your own recordings follow article 11 of the terms, not the copyright in this website.

7. How this sits with the other documents

If this disclaimer conflicts with the terms and conditions, the terms win for everything you book with us. If it conflicts with the privacy policy or the cookie policy, those texts win for personal-data processing and for the cookie banner (key mgrn_consent_v1, 182 days). The accessibility statement describes what we do to keep the site usable; it is not a promise of complete accessibility.
