Frequently asked questions
Grouped answers on booking, sessions, files and payment. If anything differs, our terms and privacy policy prevail.
Booking
How do I book a session?
Use contact, [email protected] or 020 737 0418. Describe service, duration and dates. Within 1 working day we send a proposal and written quote. After acceptance and a 30 % deposit the date is firm.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in the studio where available. IBAN and reference are on quote and invoice. Business clients may get 14-day terms if stated on the quote.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
How fast is mix or mastering turnaround?
Minimum age to book?
From 16 if you can contract yourself. Younger: guardian books, pays and stays for the session.
During the session
Do I need to hire an engineer?
How many musicians fit in the live room?
Up to 6 at once with individual headphone mixes. Extra visitors up to 8 only after we agree so recording is not affected.
Can I use my own instruments?
Yes. We provide drums, piano and amps; you usually bring guitars and bass. Share tunings and amp settings ahead via band planning guide.
What if we need more time?
Extensions only if the next slot is free and you agree to extra hours at that service rate. No silent overrun without approval.
Should I bring headphones?
Not required; studio headphones are available. Bring your own vocal cans if you prefer after a quick impedance check.
Files and delivery
What file format do I receive?
24-bit WAV, usually 48 kHz unless your project uses another rate. Mix/master delivered as WAV; MP3 only on request for reference, not as a master source.
How long do you keep sessions?
24 months on secured storage after the last session or delivery. Then we delete unless you buy an extension. You remain responsible for backups.
How should I send stems for mix?
Follow stem guide: labelled tracks, no bus limiters, headroom left. Share links at least 1 day before start so we can import.
How many revisions for mix/master?
Do you deliver DAW projects?
Multitracks and bounces yes; full plugin sessions only if agreed upfront and technically feasible. Ask on the quote.
Rights and privacy
Who owns the recording?
After full payment for the agreed service: you, within what our terms describe. We do not claim co-ownership of your music.
May the studio promote my work?
Only with your explicit written consent (e.g. a short social clip). By default we do not use your material in marketing.
Do you train AI on my voice?
No. We do not use client recordings to train AI models and do not create voice clones without a separate written agreement.
What happens to form data?
Processed by Magyaranzo B.V. for quotes and scheduling; see privacy policy. Form via FormSubmit; cookies in cookie policy.
Do I need a data processing agreement?
Business clients where we process personal data may sign a DPA; request it before the first session.
