Magyaranzo is a recording studio that has run sessions in Amsterdam since 2019. The premises have 3 rooms: a 28 m² live room, a 6 m² booth and a control room. This page meets the information duty for providers who communicate by electronic means under Article 3:15d of the Dutch Civil Code, and the duty to show a Chamber of Commerce number on a website under the Dutch Commercial Register Act 2007.

We reply within 1 working day, except on Sundays and public holidays. How to get here: From Vijzelgracht metro (line 52) it is about a 7-minute walk via Ferdinand Bolstraat to Maasstraat. Tram 4 (Stadhouderskade stop) is roughly 5 minutes on foot. On-street parking is limited; P+R or garages near Overtoom are easier.

Sending the form does not book a slot. A session is confirmed only after a written acceptance and the deposit described in the terms and conditions.

3. Registrations and identifiers

The company is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel).

We put the VAT number on invoices. Prices on the site include VAT at 21 %, unless a quote says otherwise. Net amounts for business clients sit next to the gross rate on the service pages.

These identifiers are the legally required ones. They are not a quality mark and they do not mean we belong to a trade association.

4. Management

The board of Magyaranzo B.V. is Noor Bakker, managing director and producer. Noor Bakker is authorised to represent the company.

In the studio, Tom Visser works as recording engineer and Mila de Groot as studio coordinator. They are not statutory directors. Questions about a booking, an invoice or these legal texts go to [email protected]; coordination handles diaries, the board signs quotes and contracts.

5. Hosting

TransIP B.V. keeps technical connection data needed to keep the site secure and running. Retention of those logs is set out in the privacy policy. The host does not publish the editorial content; that responsibility sits with Magyaranzo B.V..

6. Contact form and transfers outside the EEA

The form on the contact page is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to [email protected]. FormSubmit is offered from the United States. We have not seen a listing of this vendor under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We treat the sending of the form as a transfer that Article 49(1)(b) of the GDPR allows because you start the exchange yourself when you describe a project.

If you prefer not to use that path, write directly to [email protected] or call 020 737 0418. We handle that message in the same way. Retention and your rights are in the privacy policy and, for business clients who hand us other people's data, in the data processing agreement.

7. Intellectual property of the site

Copy, photographs, design and code on magyaranzo.click are protected by the Dutch Copyright Act (Auteurswet). You may quote pages with attribution for private use or review. Reproducing whole pages, the photographs or the visual identity needs prior written permission via [email protected].

Trade marks, software names and equipment names we mention remain with their owners. They do not imply a partnership. Recordings you make in the studio follow the intellectual-property clause in the terms, not this notice.

9. Governing law

Dutch law governs the publication of this website and the information duties above. Disputes about the site's content may, so far as mandatory law allows, be brought before the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.

Consumers may also sue in the courts of their place of residence where the law gives them that choice. Consumer-law supervision sits with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets; GDPR supervision sits with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
